120.000 PETITION BUSH: BRING THE CLINTONS TO JUSTICE

120,000 Petition Bush: Bring the Clintons to Justice

With Hillary Clinton installed in the U.S. Senate and Bill Clinton still capturing headlines while quietly running the Democratic Party, it's plain America has yet to get fully past its decade of sleaze.

And while most who'd like to move on hope ignoring Bill and Hillary will do the trick, a hearty minority say America suffers from a case of "justice interruptus" - that the former first couple were demonstrably guilty of crimes but timid prosecutors failed to do their jobs.

Nearly 120,000 such citizens have petitioned the Bush administration to do something about this lingering affront to the nation's judicial system, in an effort sponsored by the Washington, D.C.-based legal watchdog group Judicial Watch.

"59,535 petitions were sent to Attorney General John Ashcroft demanding that he hold Bill and Hillary Clinton accountable using the evidence available to him from Democratic donor Peter Paul," Judicial Watch announced in a press release Tuesday.

Paul is the Hollywood producer who contributed over $2 million to Mrs. Clinton's New York Senate campaign - most of which she failed to report to the Federal Election Commission as required by law.

"26,103 petitions were also sent to President Bush demanding that he fire IRS Commissioner Charles Rossotti, a Clinton holdover responsible for illegal audits against conservatives organizations and other perceived adversaries of Bill and Hillary Clinton," said Judicial Watch.

That kind of abuse of the IRS was considered one of the most egregious crimes in the history of the presidency when Richard Nixon merely tried to do it in the 1970s. Twenty years later the Clintons got away with it in spades, a fact that still has many civil libertarians shaking their heads in disbelief.

And finally, says Judicial Watch, "33,580 petitions were sent to President Bush requesting that he rehire Linda Shenwick, the State Department official who single-handedly uncovered numerous instances of waste, fraud, and abuse of authority at the United Nations and State Department."

Shenwick was fired just one day after last year's presidential election, a move she believes was in retaliation for her congressional testimony about the U.N.'s massive misuse of U.S. tax dollars.

"The underlying basis of conservatism is respect for ethics and the rule of law," Judicial Watch Chairman Larry Klayman told NewsMax.com Wednesday.

"The president and the attorney general should understand that they were elected to carry out that mandate."

Sure, Roddy. Klayman spent years atacking Clinton's corruption in the courts, bringing more hidden crimes to light, and his recount witness request was an attempt to gain the presidency for Gore. You're absolutely delusional.

I've noticed that since the inauguration, many people who were baying after Clinton suddenly start chanting that it's time to move on. You're a Clinton supporter after all, aren't you?

Post something right here on this thread that gives even the smallest support for your assertions or shut up.

The Left is all about muddying the waters and making everything a shade of grey so as to avoid a Direct Confrontation between Black and White. That is why is it is PARAMOUNT that American Patriots insist upon a Direct Confrontation with regards to the issue of Bill Clinton's Guilt and the Absolute Requirement that he go to Prison just like all other Felons, Rapists, Murderers, Traitors, and Bullies/Tyrants!!

In short, Mudboy Slim -- you want, no you demand JUSTICE be executed in the criminal affairs of Clinton, his wife, his accomplices. A society based on ordered liberty cannot stand without justice. Which of course is why the enemies of liberty -- including the Clinton crowd and its Left-wing ideological supporters -- hate and detest equal justice, and why they need to invoke every shade of gray to keep us from ever seeing the Black and the White involved in issues of criminal guilt. And why they will fight tooth and nail to keep Clinton out of court. Their entire "system of ideas" is based on moral ambiguity. Without it, they would not get very far -- and they would lose power. This is the unthinkable for them; and any means justifies the prevention of this end.

Plus read what zog says about the endemic corruption of our American order, just a bit above. It's hard to find moral clarity in a sewer.

I certainly agree with you that, in the name of truth, justice, and even sanity, Clinton must be made to answer to the American people for his treason and general dereliction of duty in office. This is essential to the public welfare. And because that is so, it probably will not be allowed to happen.

What has me a bit puzzled, MS, is Bush's position in all this. He seems, if anything, to be willingly "covering-up" for his predecessor. I suppose perhaps he does not want to bring disgrace on the Office of the President, or to cause people to lose confidence in the federal government. (zog, what do you think?)

But to me, I have already seen the disgrace, and I have already lost the confidence. The trick to winning back my "good opinion" would be for the federal government to put this man and his associates on trial, and to release his presidential papers.

So I really don't have a clue about what President Bush is up to here. Whatever it is, I am profoundly uncomfortable with it. The "we're at war" defense doesn't seem to have much traction on this question.... But then again, Clinton was really tight with the PRC; maybe some things can't come out right now, for national security reasons. I'm just speculating here....

I hope and pray Clinton will be prosecuted. If that were actually to happen, that may be a sign that the power of the Progressive Left is in decline in our society. (Then "all we'd have left to do," is to go after zog's "corruption"...which "ain't gonna be no cakewalk," baby.)

Thanks for writing, my friend. Man that battle tank and let's roll! -- bb.

" his recount witness request was an attempt to gain the presidency for Gore. "

Judicial Watch was aligned with Gore in the Florida courts. That's a fact, not opinion or spin.

"It's too late. We had our chance and blew it."

How the heck's it too late?! SHEEESH...so far, only 100 spineless scumbags in the U.S. Senate have blown it and most of them will have their chance to rectify that error when they are called upon to recast their vote in the Re-Impeachment Trial. The American Sheeple have not blown a thing, and ALL GOOD PATRIOTS will do everything in their Power to see that the Felonious Traitor's name is DEFILED, his Net Worth is Reduced to Shambles, and that Der SchleekMeister spends the remainder of his lowly, scumbag life behind bars.

If yer not with us, GO WHINE SOMEWHERES ELSE!!

"...you demand JUSTICE be executed in the criminal affairs of Clinton, his wife, his accomplices. A society based on ordered liberty cannot stand without justice."

Exactly!! And I'd think that ALL GOOD PATRIOTS would demand exactly the same thing...not as much to punish the Clintons--which admittedly, I'd love to see happen--but to deter future Tyrants from using the Clinton Corruption as a starting point for what is societally-acceptable in post-Clinton America!! Justice AIN'T Negotiable!!

"...[The Left] will fight tooth and nail to keep Clinton out of court. Their entire "system of ideas" is based on moral ambiguity. Without it, they would not get very far -- and they would lose power. This is the unthinkable for them; and any means justifies the prevention of this end."

Yep...the Left's Power is based on LIES!! Socialism has FAILED MISERABLY each and every time it has been tried...why do you think Teacher's Unions are against Standardized Testing?! It's because the Left HATES Accountability and the Sheeple would be made aware of just how miserably our Federalized Public Education System has failed our children.

"I certainly agree with you on that, in the name of truth, justice, and even sanity, Clinton must be made to answer to the American people for his treason and general dereliction of duty in office. This is essential to the public welfare."

Yep...

"And because that is so, it probably will not be allowed to happen."

IMHO, you underestimate the Power of the Sheeple. Who keeps Justice from happening?! Who "disallows" it? The Effete Elite, of course, but their Power is being cut off at the knees as more and more folks learn the Truth via the Internet and Talk Radio!! Now is the Time to Strike, and the Clinton Corruption is the Issue on which Ordinary American Patriots should Make Their Stand!!

"What has me a bit puzzled, MS, is Bush's position in all this. He seems, if anything, to be willingly "covering-up" for his predecessor. I suppose perhaps he does not want to bring disgrace on the Office of the President, or to cause people to lose confidence in the federal government."

IMHO, Bush has not "willingly covered up" fer Clinton, not yet, at least. Bush has never indicated a willingness to Pardon the EX-Traitor-in-Chief and while I think Ashcroft has been an abysmal failure to date in the DOJ, one could be charitable and chalk it up to the need to get his folks on board and then this War on Terrorism (personally, I don't tend to be that charitable...LOL!!) As for "bring[ing] disgrace on the Office of the President," Clinton has already done that and Dubyuh would simply multiply the disgrace were he to look the other way...for to IGNORE Clinton's Executive Branch Crimes would transfer the Shame from Clinton himself to the Executive Branch as a Whole!!

"The trick to winning back my "good opinion" would be for the federal government to put this man and his associates on trial, and to release his presidential papers."

Sounds like a plan.

"So I really don't have a clue about what President Bush is up to here. Whatever it is, I am profoundly uncomfortable with it..."

I tend to agree with you, but I'm continuing to give Dubyuh the benefit of MY SINCERE DOUBT fer the time being.

"I hope and pray Clinton will be prosecuted. If that were actually to happen, that may be a sign that the power of the Progressive Left is in decline in our society."

Yep...The Absolute Refutation of Clinton and all he stood for will serve as a springboard to destroying the Lies and Deceipt that are Lib'ralism/Collectivism/Progressivism/Socialism/Totalitarianism!!

"Man that battle tank and let's roll!"

Sure. Show me their briefs filed for Gore. Failing that, show me anything at all that backs up your assertions about JW.

Must we really go there? Oh, all right...
  1. Signed the intrusive USA-PATRIOT-in-Name-Only act.
  2. Apparently let most of Clinton's last minute regulations stand.
  3. Takes advice from his weenie father.
  4. Didn't stump for Mark Earley or Brett Schundler.
  5. Wants congress to pass legislation implementing two unratified anti-terror treaties, at least one of which is a U.N. treaty.
  6. Is caving in to liberals on drug patent policy.
  7. Apparently does not want to investigate the Klintons.
  8. Was considering amnesty for illegal aliens.
  9. Made a weak decision on embryonic stem-cell research that could open the door for more appeals for embryonic stem-cell research.
  10. As far as I know, his administration is NOT investigating the White House/EOB vandals.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with your list. Very unfortunately.
(I sure hope something breaks in the Chinagate scandal)(also, regardless of the items on your list/I will only vote a straight Republican ticket - and nothing will change that)

"Larry Klayman doesn't have to "immunize himself" against charges from anybody. It is just a question of what's right and what's wrong. NO ONE, Democratic, Republican nor anyone else, is above the law!"

Larry is not the one on trial here. Therefore, he has no reason to act on the defensive which is just a simple leftist scumbag ploy to throw Larry off from his concentrated effort to bring criminals to justice. All he has to throw back to them is, that HE IS NOT the issue...the defendants and their crimes are. That is what pisses them off.

"NO ONE, Democratic, Republican nor anyone else, is above the law!"

Of course I agree, Ms. Jade, but some of the stuff LK was lodging against the GOPers was rather spurious, IMHO, and I never quite figgered out what the heck he was trying to accomplish in sticking his nose into Florida. I've met Mr. Klayman on multiple occasions and, like I said, I respect him and what he's tried to do for the most part. My point about the "immunizing" was not that he needed to do what he did, principal-wise, but more from the standpoint of how LK and JW will defend themselves once they are inevitably attacked by the Vast, LeftWing Medyuh Whore'd when they break something big against Der SchleekMeister.

I suspect that the people criticizing JW never wanted Clinton impeached or brought to justice anyway. That type, of which Ascroft and Bush are two examples, are reading from the same page as the democrats anyway. They only oppose the democrats on the question of which party is going to get credit for destroying our constitutional republic.

Does anyone know why Bush broke his promise to uphold the law and then shuts his eyes and orders Justice Dept. to leave the crooked Clinton gang alone?

"I suspect that the people criticizing JW never wanted Clinton impeached or brought to justice anyway. "

The division is along the lines of support for President Bush. The people who criticize JW are the supporters of the President, while most of JW's defenders were supporters of Buchanan.

I've searched many time and have yet to find a JW supporter who posted pro-Bush comments prior to 11/8/00.

JW started their attacks on Bush in August of 2000.
