Stuffed, deboned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck that is wrapped in Cajun sausage, and the wole thing stuffed into a deboned turkey!

Who needs processed Tofurkey when I can make my own from Carlo3b's recipe. My meatless sausage stuffing tastes exactly like the one my mother makes from Italian sausage. I wouldn't eat it if it didn't. As for the Tofurkey, I'll let you know on Monday.
