There appears to be a very strong reluctance to formally declare war since WW2. I have a feeling there are some ramifications in doing so that we are not being told. Many things happened in the way of treaties immediately following both WW 1 and 2. I don't know if that had anything to do with it and it is puzzling.

Personally, I believe that the UN is the prime mover behind most, if not all, of the insurrections we have become embroiled in. It is a great vehicle for the commie sympathizers both within and without to undermine the Constitution.
