Sarah's medical supplies idea seems like a promising avenue for investigation, but there are other ways of delivering it. Last month, for instance, I suggested that perhaps someone was slipping it between the pages of womens' magazines alongside one of those fragrance inserts. What do most women do when they encounter one of those? Hold them up to their faces and inhale deeply. The mail is a handy delivery system, but there are other ways.
