Do you have any idea how many 94 year olds could have died from anthrax in nursing homes? The death of a 94 year old person does not even warrant an autopsy in most cases. The kicker here is that now, everyone who dies of respiratory problems will be an "anthrax" test. Cha-ching for the coroners budgets around the U.S. I don't mean to sound cold-hearted, but there are many issues below the surface. The longer anthrax keeps making it's rounds, the sooner they will catch who-dunit.They have to have a limited supply. If not, they are brewing it up somewhere. That is how they will get caught.

If the whole thing goes away, only to surface again a year later and so on, it will be like trying to catch the unibomber. It may take 20 years. The more activity, the more likely the case is solved.
