Clintigula must be deluded if he thinks he could have responded to 9/11 the way GW did. Maybe George, Don and Tommy have made it all seem so easy so far---you know, being a "wartime President," which was the Randy Redneck's dream all the time he was in office. Then again, Clinton loved power grabs, and he understands just what kind of an opportunity the terrorist attacks would have provided a guy like him to aggrandize personal power.
