You are a purveyor of the impossible. Meyer could not have seen a "missile(s) shootdown" of the 747 at 13,800 feet only 3-4 seconds before he saw the huge fireball explode in it's falling wreckage 6000+ feet lower in the sky. Additionally, he could not have seen the splashdown of the huge fireball's flames 10 seconds later if that huge fireball had exploded at 13,800 feet as he initially mistakenly assumed.

At the outset, the press and James Kallstrom made that same mistaken assumption - that the huge fireball explosion was the jetliner blowing up at 13,800 feet at 8:31:12 whereas the huge fireball explosion took place at approximately 8:31:47 below 7500 feet.
