Thank you oh so very much, terilyn!!! I agree with you about the Freepers. It is an honor to be a part of
this group!

Thank you for sharing your views, Fred25! These are not facts, these are additional details for a profile of the anthrax perp - a consensus from all kinds of posts by Freepers - to be added to the FBI profile.

Hmmmm ... I haven't heard anyone mention fingerprints. I'm thinking that - since the FBI seized the plastic gloves in their Chester PA bust yesterday - perhaps there weren't any.

I know shes a nice person. Ive heard that from other people. She can probably bake great coconut cakes and pecan pies, but she drives me nuts with her speculations. Then why the hell are you camped out on her thread if it bothers you so much? Are you masochistic or are you unhappy unless you're tearing other people down?
Dig deep, here, Fred. She probably drives you nuts because she's so well-respected and well-liked around here and you're not. Maybe if you'd spend less time nit-picking and more time doing something constructive (like r-e-s-e-a-r-c-h), your incessant need for criticizing others would prevent many of us from just skipping over your replies.

AG is our resident archivist and as such she presents information that is compiled here. Ok, so we know for sure that this guy has a student visa? That means we can disregard all people inside the United States who dont have a student visa? This is official and I have to go along with it?
As to the validity of her claims I will put her speculation up against any of the crap the FBI has released lately.
LOL! Well, thats not saying much!
What hasn't been mentioned is that the perp could very easily have access to developed strains and is handling them in a glove box in his home.
Sure, but lets put that in the speculation category. Lets dont say, He is using a glove box in his home, and lets dont say, He has a student visa, if we dont know for sure if he has one or not. We can say maybe hes using a glove box and maybe he has a student visa.
My money's on the strain coming from the former Soviet Union or worse from ATCC straight to Iraq. And no, I don't think this was a "right wing" group.
Im betting on Ames.
Consider this: Historically poisonings were done by women. And the FBI knows this.
Yeah, mostly using household poisons. But most mass killers have been men. Women usually only poison when they are going to cash in a big insurance policy. Men will poison for ego and political reasons.
Im leaning about 80% toward a foreign Arab and about 20% for a native born whacko (but more of a leftist than a right-winger).

I suggest you may want to look up the libel laws. Dr Malik (if he be innocent) may have a case against you. There are similar cases of bad-mouthing companies that have set up some case laws that accusatory posts on the internet are actionable. Truth may (or may not sometimes) be a defence.
On a lighter note: if the Homeland Defence Agency thinks that you may know something, there are those on FR who would support your being arrested and tortured for the information. (Derschowicz[sp?] seems to support this idea too.) They may simply refuse to believe that you are not withholding (two h's in a row) evidence.

You seem to be hung up on the "student visa" thing so let's set that aside. My personal feelings are that the perp is a ME male in his thirties who is well disciplined and is familiar with handling the material. And as such would have a glove box otherwise he is vaccinated.
If you suspect Ames then you can point the finger at ATCC and thus the US.
Do you honestly think the FBI would admit that the US sold Ames to Iraq?

Remember the Tylenol poisonings? That was started by a woman who wanted to kill her husband. I think it was her husband who was the target. Anyway she tried to cover it up by placing poisoned bottles of Tylenol on store shelves.
