The entire military swears to defend the consitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The military no longer does this. They mindlessly follow the orders of their masters. In times past, this may have been acceptable, but not now -- not when we have people in EVERY OFFICE of the federal system who show nothing but contempt for it.
