OK Mud, we'll see. Pres. Bush did issue those exec orders relative to non-co-operation with congress.
Remember, our guys let clinton off the hook in the senate when they had the majority. Our guys let clinton usurp their economic plan along with their welfare reform plan
I suggest our guys have not performed very well.
I hope I'm wrong and only time will tell.
