Just goes to show, it's the enviro-whackos fault for EPA and preserving all those 'birds' in the wetlands near bodies of water and, at the same time, coastal airports.

Of course, the birds were there first; so, we'll just have to move the airports to remote locations/reservations. Of course, we can't endanger any other species in doing so.

Just have to go back to walking I guess.(Hope I don't step on too many insects) {;~)

If it does turn out to be birds (a long known problem around JFK), score one for the eco-terrorists. The other group that wants to destroy America.

There was another thread yesterday with an aerial photo showing a wetlands preserve just off the end of the runway.

Can anyone direct me to it?

You are dead on. People are to crazy about their stinking animals. Goodness, if all animals were kept safe we wouldn't be able to do anything.
