Has anyone heard anything from Gore through all of this? I may have seen him tagging a lon at a few things, but not very many, and I havent heard him say anything. Am I missing something? Some pree conference with him? Or is he doing the respectable thing and staying out of it?

Gore's been keeping a fairly low profile -- he's given a few speeches which were already scheduled prior to 9/11, and has been nothing but effusive in his praise for Bush. FWIW, it doesn't seem like he has the obsessive need for the spotlight that the Clintons do.
