Take a look at DU. They have started to eat their own in regards to CNN's conerage of the recount. Calling it the "Conservative News Network".

Those knuckleheads! LOL!
I should have posted this article on "Breaking News", but I'm sure I'd have been flamed big-time. Management would have pulled it from Breaking before the flames I'm sure, though!

Bush Wins 2000 Election Yet Again

Bush Wins 2000 Election Yet Again

It seems that no matter how many times the media recount Florida's 2000 presidential election votes the results are the same -- George Bush beat Al Gore.

But the latest and final recount, sponsored by a media consortium that included 62,000 never-before counted "undervotes" adds an even more definitive twist to the Democratic Party's Florida defeat.

"The new data, compiled by the Associated Press and seven other news organizations, also suggested that Gore followed a legal strategy after Election Day that would have led to his defeat even if it had not been rejected by the U.S. Supreme Court," reported the New York Post Monday.

The consortium completed the two partial recounts that team Gore unsuccessfully pursued in court. Results showed a Bush win by a margin of at least 225 votes.

Only when the most liberal standards were applied to all disputed ballots statewide -- something Gore never sought -- did the former veep gain an edge of anywhere from 42 to 171 votes.

The conclusion that Gore would have lost even without the high court's help is sure to disappoint Democrats who have argued that Bush was "selected" by the Supremes rather than elected by the people.

NewsMax.com's bookstore is offering Bill Sammon's groundbreaking book At Any Cost on how the Democrats tried to steal the Florida vote at an unbeatable price.
