I didn't recognize the article source (tbwt.com) so I went there and found that it is The Black World Today. It is an interesting website I don't recall seeing before.

Alamo-Girl, you might want to check this site for much info about the Robert Wood Johson microbiology facilities. They seem to be mostly located on the Rutgers University campus in Piscataway (across river from New Brunswick, roughly 30 miles northeast on Route 1 from Trenton):
Robert Wood Johnson microbiology labs
This site has a map showing locations of the Waksman Institute (which has cell farming facilities), as well as the adjacent Center for Advanced Biotechnology and Medicine (CABM) and the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
aristeides and bvw know the area better than I, so maybe they know more about location of RWJ facilities.

And, I should add, the RWJ microbiology facilities are only about 12 miles northeast of the Islamic Society of Central NJ in Monmouth Junction (zip code 08852!).
