Very cool to see actual pic's of Mr. Northcut and TJ...a rather rakish pair...and they look like they BELONG TOGETHER--'nuf said! Thanks for sharing this--it brings this story full-circle.

P.S.---I'm jealous--TJ looks like a fine dog--I'd be proud to have one like him. Just call me a serious dog-lover! (I have an old [!---she is in her 15th year] greyhound to keep me company--she's sweet,too.

Awww, Thanks friend!!! TJ looks like a little old man. I noticed the white whiskers :o( Just makes me so mad that a city would be so calous. I hope America is waking back up out of their collective "sleep".

Someone above here, mentioned how strange the world has become regarding dogs these days. I truly used to be, that dogs ran free. I think dogs were more social back then. They didn't attack innocent people like now, because they were raised "around" humans more. Around kids in the neighborhoods.

People knew which ones were NON social..and they were kept chained or pinned up.

Not sure of the answer to that scenario any longer.. but do know that this story was heart wrenching!!!
