It is kind of hard for me to get used to a president younger than I am.

What is Clinton talking about? He was born August 19, 1946. President Bush was born July 6, 1946.

Is this just another example of Clinton's compulsive lying? Or did he stay in a Holiday Inn Express the night before, and since that couldn't make him feel any smarter (being so brilliant already) it made him feel older?

Correction to my post #130--I guess Clinton was referring to the president of Georgetown University, not to the President of the United States. The first time I clicked on this thread the actual speech didn't come up.

Clinton says "Bobby Kennedy killed two days before our college graduation, trying to preach this message." It is hard to disentangle from that paragraph what this "message" supposedly was, but it seems to be something like "celebrate our differences." Actually, Bobby Kennedy was killed by a Palestinian refugee because he had voiced support for arming Israel. I don't think Sirhan Sirhan cared very much if Bobby had a touchy-feely side.
