This article is about CANCELING a deposition; I am a court reporter; believe me, depositions get canceled ALL the time, every single day. Cases like this take YEARS. I myself have almost ended an estate case that took THREE YEARS to settle and we agreed on everything.

Stop pretending this is some kind of conspiracy. It's THE LAW. (Of course, since Larry doesn't actually GO to court, he may not know that.)

Being in legal myself, Howlin is right. Depos do get cancelled all of the time and the lawyers are famous for another thing and that is bringing motions before the court say on December 23rd just so we can cancel our holiday plans. Usually, it doesn't happen, though; but the opposing side doesn't know that until the 11th hour.

Anyway,what we should be more concerned with is the propoganda that the so called left is spewing. I was thinking, for example, about all of the money, time, books, tv, movies, press, etc. that have been spent on the horrors of abuse of women such as rape. (They have atleast one movie a week dealing with this subject). But it's alright to have an alleged rapist as President of the United States. Kind of makes you sick, doesn't it?
