So how serious was George W. Bush when he stated to Republicans voters, weary of the Clinton Administration, that "Help is on the way."? Not very apparently. Politics as usual in D.C.

You are correct about that...but we have to do something about it then and not just sit around and expect apathy to fix the political corruption in the United States.
