That pretty much sums it up. Clinton, who was just as responsible as anyone for the lowered state of security, now points it out and says it needs to be fixed.

I would love to take out a full page ad in all major newspapers and print the text of this speech. It is a classic Anti-American speech that has no place in the speeches of ex-presidents.
