Harrigan is played by British actor Brian Cox. A two fold shot here, #1. They make this guy a former Marine, shot one at the Corps probably the most conservative of the Armed Forces. #2 Harrigan from Long Island, so number one he's American-Irish and from New York which means more than likely he's Catholic....hmmmmm a coincidence??

These people are evil, they are not sick, they are evil. Why they are allowed to pursue their nastiness with legal impunity is beyond me.
