MANY of us believe the income tax to be unconstitutional. He chose not to receive bogus warrants for his arrest based on this bogus claim.
That makes him a hero in my book and I don't care what you think about him or me.

Cooper volunteered for his fate. Ain't my lookout--but he has given me endless amusement over the years, and I am sorry that he apparently believed his own BS to the point where he decided to get killed over it.
If you don't like the income tax, work to get it repealed, because pretending it somehow doesn't exist or doesn't apply to you is a pretty silly argument. Article I, Section 8, and Amendment XVI pretty much make it clear that the income tax is fully Constitutional.
