Come on you can do better than that
Engage your brain housing group and re-read the article!
They arrested him only after they put up the two foot square sign!
And The Judge (a VET) let him go!
Don't you think the Judge saw proof that he was a VET and not just some drunk pretending to be one?
The Judge must have seen something you did not!

There's a few real vets who never quite made it home from 'Nam, who are homeless. You can recognize them because their fellow vets who actually know them will frequently help them as much as they could, and bear up with them.
But most are poseur wannabes. B.G. Burkett wrote an excellent book called Stolen Valor, discussing the whole "Vietnam Veteran Victim" legend that has arisen.

I worked in addictions for years..you are very blessed that you are in one piece mentally and physically...you have alot of brothers out there that are broken because of that war.
I had an opportunity to work with a Vet's hospital ,and had training on PTSS....You need a heart vet,ya need a heart!

Exactly.
"As you did unto the least of these, you also did unto Me."
BTW, I'm inviting an active duty Marine to Thanksgiving--my way of honoring the folks on Operation Enduring Payback. (Well, that's what it OUGHTA be called :o)

whew! I've emailed and called everyone from the city manager to the animal control, but so far received no answers.
Anyone try to get this story on Drudge? It isn't "breaking" news, but a mention there might help break the backs of the idiots in local government...

So the help The Judge gave him was to turn him out on the streets again?
Come on! All you are doing is Bumping this thread and looking like a fool for your comments
So far your arguments have not been based on facts but on a few words intended to show your hate for this man!
Sad! just Sad!

So tell your "buddy" to get a copy of the Citation from his SRB
They are kept on File in The National Records.
and are availible to any veteran.
