A bump for a hard Copy edition. the availablity of hard copies and the fact the first printing is sold out should make this a best seller.

Well ... understand that the "1st printing" is my own doing ... meaning it was not very big at all ... just what I could personally afford. Now, with the current orders, I will go off and order a few more ... and so forth.
Perhaps, over time, the momentum will build on its own. That's what I am going to continue trying to help. If, in the mean time, one of these large publishers picks up on it ... well, that would be like a dream.
