That is something else Lucy said....she spoke of hoping to get him reunited with TJ soon, but she also said that she had no jurisdiction over that decision so I think we really do need to contact the Animal Control Office to make sure they also "get the message!"

I have sent animal control an e-mail, didn't get a response back. Hoping that others have sent them a letter.
