The matter should not end here, either.
Someone's responsible for this & we've a real need to know who that person is & what their "reasoning" was for putting a war monument off-limits to US citizens.
The next question can wait indefinitely: Is San Diego, California that screwed up?
Been a few decades since I've lived there, but from what I hear, it is cetainly that screwed up. California is an example of the societal damage that can occur when too many non-assimilated, non-Americans move into a place too fast. IMHO, despite the many good Californians still with us, CA ain't an American State anymore...it's a Socialist Netherworld.
