Here's another trick. If you right-click on your screenname anywhere in Free Republic and click on Properties, you will see an URL address at the bottom. At the end of the address is your seniority at Free Republic indicated by the phrase "u=n" with "n" being your seniority ranking at Free Republic. For example, you, Dog Gone, are Freeper #3,121. Jim Robinson, of course, is numero uno. There are now over 70,000 Freeper registered so you are senior to over 95% of the rest of the Freepers. And I'm senior to 99.5% of the rest of you! For whatever that's worth.

Freeper number 11,823 reports 1,148 self-search entries.
Those stats are evidence of my normal, moderate, well balanced persona. There is only one thing that really gets to me, these days: Islamist terrorists still living among us. My scenarios for them are not moderate. 9mm.

on your screenname Now on the 'New Style', when you pass your cursor over not only your name but also other members Mr. 400, Mr. 1/2 of 1%(;-), you can see their number right there.

Didn't know what the "u" was for. Thanks for pointing that out. I'm 11,824. (Of the first 16.89% to register on FR?something like that. Didn't realize time flew by so fast. Don't forget. Clinton WAS impeached!

I wonder how many of those "u"s (user #'s) were incarnations of Ash... ? :)

Just out of curiousity here on my part... Just how EASY is it to change a screen name here????

Hmm. Neat trick. Do you move up as others drop out? Does A+Bert move up the scale every time he forgets his medication and gets kicked out? Disappointing to see I'm only number 1285.

Your post #28. It must only work with Netscape. I can't see anything in IE

Your tip only works in Internet Exploder. Those using Nutscrape won't see this info.
