I am relieved to see Hamas and Hezbollah on the list, I was shocked that they weren't on the original list.

Now they need to add the "New Black Panthers Party" to the list.

"Although the United States Government has already blocked any assets in this country directly linked to these groups, designation under E.O. 13224 provides the authority to act against individuals and organizations that associate with the named terrorist groups."

i thought President Bush was going to limit to terrorists with "global reach". The IRA does not pass the global reach parameters so I wonder why they were added.
