The reason for the child-rape is that these perpetrators are ANIMALS, not that they believe that they are going to be 'cured'
Child rape is not unique to Africa, nor is it limited to those who have destroyed their immune systems. - - There are pedo's that have lived into their 90's here in the U.S. and have done equally gross and evil deeds, and did not die of AIDS. This is not an African thing, but a part of the basic sinful nature of mankind.
