My S.O. has just brought me some grits! Wif cheez! I asked him nice!! (He's from Nashville -- borned and bread! LOL!) But he can cook up a mess o' grits quite nicely! Gots cheez shreds in it and everythin'! All melty and stuff! No good bacon today, but that's okay. (He's a Grits Nazi -- short notice!) But bacon 'n cheez grits will be had by all tomorrow! I'll live 'til then! ;-}

Have you ever heard a German say grits? I ordered grits one time at a restaurant in N.C. and the waitress was from Germany. She rolled that "gr" on the back of her tongue for about 2 minutes! Hillarious!!!
