IMO these courts are going to be used against the foreign enemies of this nation who also happen to be flush with cash (petro$$) which c&w/ould simply be used to buy justice.
These "terrorists" decided they wanted to, play army & I say fine.
Be subjected then to adjudication by army men & if found guilty?
Pay the soldier's penalty; hang by the neck 'till dead, *or*, be put against a wall & shot.
