You will find that many things are repeated also in the transcripts in the link I posted above.
They couldn't possibly make it any plainer, I do not see how these people in Kabul can deny the Taliban anything they ask for, because they don't ask, they just take.
I would think they hide what they can from the Taliban already. The civilians in this area already go on their rooftops to watch the fireworks knowing America doesn't want to hurt them. I think the broadcasts should do more to discourage this habit.
