They have vans with CIA painted on them. I used to see them all the time in New Haven, CT, near Yale Divinity School on Prospect. My wife says it stood for Cullinary Institute of America, but I think she was covering up for them. What better story could you have? Hide in plain sight! Of course everyone dismissed the idea that the trucks really belonged to the CIA! Perfect. I keep trying to explain it to my wife, but she won't listen either.
