It may have been more prudent if the officer fired shots at the tires, rather than ramming himself against the car. But, I don't know what the protocol was/is for officers, especially given today's events with terrorists.

Of course you are correct. At times I get a tad frustrated and get carried away. But wouldn’t that have been interesting? It sure would have liven things up.
