Would you like to elaborate on this one?.

Sure, max. For starters the enemy is spread throughout the world, some of them living within our borders, and they are using methods of warfare never used before.

We are also forced to seek the support of countries who are against terrorism, but who also don't like us, and hate each other, causing a more complex political situation than has previously existed.

And....we are dealing with an enemy that has absolutely no ground rules other than hatred.

That's just for starters. It's a different kind of war. It's not that hard to see that, is it?

You must've been born yesterday. There is nothing "new" in warfare, and there hasn't been anything new (other than technology) in about 5000 years. We've had "enemies" living within our borders since the Revolutionary days, at that time, they were called Tories.

We are also forced to seek the support of countries who are against terrorism, but who also don't like us, and hate each other, causing a more complex political situation than has previously existed.

Wow, I'm at a loss here. We align ourselves with military dictatorships who've overthrown democratically elected governments and call them allies?. Hmmm. Looks like we are hangin with the wrong crowd. But on this you are correct, with friends like this, we don't need enemies.

And....we are dealing with an enemy that has absolutely no ground rules other than hatred.

Here's a newsflash for ya. There are no "rules" in war. As well, hatred is an emotion, not a rule. And why would anyone hate us?. Just what might we have done to them that they hate us?.

That's just for starters. It's a different kind of war. It's not that hard to see that, is it?

It's only easy to see if you are foolish enough to believe everything you are told.

Wanna try convincing me with facts now?.
