Saudi Arabia severed relations with Germany in November 1939 and with Japan in 1941.

Your bias is causing you to make a fool of yourself again.
Islam has a history of wars, insurrections, massacres, tortures, treachery, kidnappings, slave-trading, tyrants, dictators, bombings, riots, hatred, unrivaled fanaticism, attempted genocide, religious persecution, hijackings, and terrorism that goes clear back to Mohammed.
Everyone else pales in comparison, both in longevity and relentless brutality. You need to loosen your turban a bit.

The group that trains it's children to blow up innocent civilians in pizza parlors. Try again.

"Islam has a history of wars, insurrections, massacres, tortures, treachery, kidnappings, slave-trading, tyrants, dictators, bombings, riots, hatred, unrivaled fanaticism, attempted genocide, religious persecution, hijackings, and terrorism.." ...and that's just in the last year.

We want it to be very clear that the war on terrorism is not a war against Islam. Islam is a peaceful religion. Islam is a religion that respects innocent Human life
To clear up any confusion, what you wrote above is not your opinion, but is a quote from C. Rice. Right?

Mohammed and his followers regularly robbed passing caravans. It's a historical fact.

You certainly are years and years behind on information concerning the diverse devlopment of Saudi Arabia. Stop beating around the bush. Why don't you just admit that you are an enemy of the U.S. and and that you support those who directed suicidal, mass murder missions on our soil?

In the overall scheme of things 'Gods' plan doesn't particularly impress me any more than Allahs.

I'm sure you could find it in a multitude of places, as I've read that bit in every history of Islam I've checked.
But I'll humor you, and find a few references. Back in a bit ...

1. Under the heading "War with Mecca" from
EncartaMuhammad's strategy in the developing conflict with Mecca was to attack Meccan trade caravans returning from Syria and thus economically weaken the city.

2. Under the heading "Enemies and Converts", from
Infoplease"Medina lies on the caravan route N of Mecca, and the Kuraishites of Mecca could not endure the thought of their outlawed relative taking vengeance on his native city by plundering their caravans."

Looks a little like the South Bronx from up here...but I can't see Jihad Stadium.

I see. You challenge me on the fact that Muhammed was a caravan raider, and I presented some documentation of that.
So now that I've supported my point, you're saying that I can only be correct if I've devoted my life to the study of Islamic history. Citing an authority was only good enough when you thought I couldn't do it?
Those "snippets", as you call them, were intentionally taken out of as unbiased a source as possible, checked out by a competent, educated, editorial committee.
But you can stick your head in the sand if it makes you feel more tolerant, open-minded, and multicultural.
