At one point when we were chanting USA USA, someone started honking his horn and keeping time with the chant...Actually this happened a couple of times and it was so much fun. The drivers-by were so enthusiastic at times it just made us hoot and holler!
The funny thing is how when the traffic is stopped at the light, sometimes they are quiet and you don't know how they can be so uninvolved. Then the light changes and before they drive off, dozens of the cars honk and give us encouragement.
It's just so heart warming to see the patriotic fervor that's being displayed in this town and to know that we are playing a small part in keeping it alive and well!

Was a fun FReep tonight. Love it when the passing motorists get enthusisatic. Horns honking, thumbs up, waving and shouting. One car passed by with a passenger hanging out the front window clapping and cheering. Thought he was going to fall out of the car. Man was he happy to see us. Also love it when those truckers pass by with their booming air horns blasting out. Poor dumb cowardly traitors across the street. We get all the action. Thanks, for the post and great pictures.
