This is a fact of life. The most money is going to be made in the "dirtiest" jobs. It's a little trick the devil does. Legalizing drugs will not eliminate this.
You must change the axiom that doing "illegal things" can get you ALOT of money if you are not caught.
Do you have any idea the amount of money in the child porn industry? I saw somewhere on a special one time and it was horrendous. And as long as there is a desire, people will provide. Does that mean we should go against our morals and legalize it?
It means we should follow the Constitution. If the political power was centered around townships like it was in the early 1800s, everything would be much simpler. Each community could set the standards of living for that community. It would eliminate a whole lot of problems.
