BTW...Dubyuh, if yer folks are lurkin', add strong Vouchers element to Education Bill in Joint Committee, and begin process of gradually Block-Granting Federal Education Funds directly to States, then sunset Federal Education funding altogether by the end of your Second Term. We don't need no steeeenkin' Federal Department of Education!!! =^D
