How about a couple redheads in each hand? (really)
Seriously; it's not the weight I focus on.
I train for endurance.
Endurance is everything; as I can outlast most in a variety of physical contests which ain't bad for an ol' dawg.
You know a guy who participates in the Iron Man comps; & his training has to be very similar.
So, 200# for 10 reps doesn't do nearly the magic 75# for 200 reps will.
If you work out, try it.
It's not about weight unless your some olympian power-lifter from Russia or a Sumo Wrestler anyway, & you only risk hurting yourself.
Doing the high-rep method saves precious elbows, wrists, rotators etc...I know because as it is, I'm healing from a left elbow injury from last March.
The trick in any event, is being consistent; whatever you do.

I volly her all around the court running her into the asphalt.
Then when I need a break?
Reach back & smash the ball so hard it explodes into two pieces.

I'm tenatively planning to pick up my new Z06 'Vette later next year (birthday gift from momma) right at the GM's Bowling Green, KY assembly plant's front door; after the Plant Mangr gives us a tour of the facility.
Lemme tell you right now...it's gonna be the looooong way back home via Myrtle Beach, SC. ;^)

You actually go into a Public Gym and put 2-tens on each side of a 35-lb. barbell, and lay down and bench it?! I'd get laughed outta Richmond if I tried to pull that one off...LOL!!
