I have always thought it was a bit STRANGE that Chelsea and Bill are always globe-trotting (and why isn't she in school for pete's sake, she's supposed to be going for her Masters), and leaving dear old mom at home...doesn't Chelsea have any boyfriends/friends her own age?? Think the whole scenerio seems a little sick to me!
