Those here legally might be running family businesses and the like. We can't just uproot all legal ones. You could destroy parts of our economy over the issue. I think all illegals need to go and there should be a review of all that are here legally as well. IMO

WE MUST be willing to remove all illegals, with out any regards to the economy. If we "sell our souls" for the revenue of such kinds, we can only expect the ramifications of allowing them to remain. Lock down the borders, and lock up and ship our ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS. We are at WAR!!!

You are absolutely correct.

INS needs a kick in the behind and needs to crack down and do background checks on peopleI know in the case of my wife that pre-visa checks included criminal, financial, medical, political views, and what you might call a "good character" interview. Also various standard innoculations.
Some of this was required by her own government, and some by the U.S. State Dept. (which has authority over immigration visas).
The bigs holes aren't in immigration visas, but in the virtual carte blanche afforded to those wanting student or business visas, not to mention political asylum.

We must cancel all Visas, and deport Aliens, both legal and illegal, and clear the deck.I say that we first begin by deporting flaming friggin' idiots - meaning you.
Then we should consider that the problem is student, business, and tourist visas (immigrant visas are vetted reasonably carefully), and that our concern is Middle Eastern terrorism (not Japanese, French, Swedish, or Ecuadorean immigrants).
From there we need to act rationally but firmly, and not in the hysterical manner prescribed by wingnuts who've forgotten to take their medication.

Sorry Angkor, American Born, American Bred. I'm not going anywhere. Tone down your shrill, and face the facts. Unless we crack down and cancel (deport) ALL student visas, green cards and other "legal" points of entry, the borders of the USA will remain vulnerable. Your statements are possibly living proof of such facts!!

Your statements are possibly living proof of such facts!!And possibly not. I love to keep the xenophobes guessing.
Regardless, your "hopes" will never be realized. Green card holders won't be deported under any circumstance, in any possible world. If they came through the front door of the immigration system - and not through a Clinton "amnesty" - they likely have better background checks than you.
BTW, who's being "shrill" when they write in 24 point type?
