I share your wish that OBL is already dead.
But keep in mind he has been planning this entire scenario (not just up until 9-11) for many years, so it is likely that he also planned his escape route before 9-11. He may already be in Pakistan, awaiting the best moment for his "miraculous appearance".
The more that we hope he is dead, and the more the moslem world believes he may be dead, the greater will be the effect of his "miraclous deliverence from the Amrikis", if it happens.
Actually it's not a wish; it's what I believe has already happened. We have people EVERYWHERE with the orders to kill on sight. Do you believe that with all out technology and trained forces Laden is still alive? Doubtful. If I were Dubayah I would tell my field commanders to keep it quiet and weed-out the rest of those whackos. If we announce he's dead, then Coalition support of our seek-and-destroy mission would be jeopardized. Regards, MM
