How about this for a creative punishment?

Let's work an extradition with Italy to have this animal shipped to New York. Cut some windows into that container and put him on display in New York for the rest of his life.

Can you imagine the Italians marveling at the personal hygiene of a guy that was using the same bucket as a toilet for how many weeks? It had to be the smell that tipped these guys off, no?
