I assume you use windows. To see a picture stored on your computer hard drive, you need to have a "viewer". Most graphics programs and scanner software have such "viewers" included. You can probably download a free viewer off the web.

If you want to post your picture on the web, you should upload it to a server that is online 24/7.

No-- I'm a real html idiot. I don't know how to upload to the server. All I know is, I've copied these pictures and they're in a folder on my c drive-- and I don't know what to do next.
