Where's my fellow "push the button" "castle anthrax" former coworker. Talk to me.
Fred was the better dancer, IMHO.
Old moves are my favorites and I never grow tired of Fred & Ginger !
Fred and Gene were so different I just can't decide who I love more. So I won't!
But they helped me survive my childhood and affected my life and personality
and musical tastes forever!
I went to the same dance / voice / acting schiil, as a child, that Fred and hs sister Adele had gone to , many decades earlier. It no longer exists, but The Alveni School was once quite well known, in theatre / movie circles of Manhattan, and Hollywood. We always had scouts coming to look us over.
You have the Gene link, and I have a Fred one. LOL

The Raven flys at midnight. Pass The Word!
By the way, I didn't like the Barkelys of Broadway much either.
I think my fave Gene movies have to be Singing, The Pirate,
American in Paris, and what was his first movie again with Judy,
can't think of it. I guess I loved them all.
They sure don't make 'em like that any more!
Hold on my friend! Help is coming!
Holy crap! This thread ain't dead yet!?
Lemme go get a drink and a hunk of Gruyere!
For all I can remember I got this pic from here or even from you...
...but this thread is still breathing!
Now all I have to do is find weapons stockpile of teensy-weensy little guns and I'll be ready to attack!
