I think that, despite all Bay's efforts, he can't even raise enough to live in the style to which he has become accustomed, can't get gigs as a media blowhard any more, and is looking for a check from some Saudi prince (and, unlike Rudy, will cash it no matter what offensive comments his benefactor cares to make).
