OOH! I should have read this before my last remark! Tell me, as a communist didn't you think the pantsuit was disgusting? The booing started as soon as they saw it.

Hmmm, let's see....Dozens call me a communist and many threaten me with bodily harm via the private mail system here and I am taken to task for my manners...No, that posting was a satirical riff off of a paranoid poster.....

I have thought this for a long time - Independents and new Republicans are the sixties counter culture. This came through when so many people demonstrated against Jesse Jackson, et al, in Florida and supported the Elian Gonzalez family against the government! These were the actions of the old Left - as Pat Caddell (sp) said, the Democratic Party was hijacked by criminals and thugs...hence, two of their miserable leaders were booed quite loudly last week.

What information do you have that all of those booing Hilliary Clinton are necessarily conservatives. I suspect that many of those in attendance voted for her last November.

The firemen, policemen, emt personel etc. were booing her for the improper place for her to be with her normal clap-trap. Supposedly, the event was for them.

I doubt that silence would send much of a meaning. The media as well as elected officials are in an extreme coverup for anything wrong with the Clinton Administration. I think that is a bad thing for the country.

If we do not deal with the many errant actions taken by Bill Clinton how will we know not to allow them to be done in the future. That is my concern. The TV Media will not talk. The Print Media will not record. The Politician is hiding in fear. The Beauracrat does not want the truth known.

As usual, We The People, are left out.

Yes, as an avowed Communist and freemason, I can speak for all of us at the Commintern. in saying that Sen. Clinton needs Joan Rivers and fast!

If they had boo-d (how does one spell this?) her choice in clothes, that would have been far more understandable.....

I have personally experienced mrs clinton's extreme rudeness to me, my ex and several Arkansas friends.

All I can say is I wish she had tried to stay on stage long for a chant to develop.

Something like

Go Home Carpetbagger!

She got off easy, only 20 seconds of shame.

Why should the firemen and policemen have to be pedestals for Hillary to stand upon? It was nothing but a photo op for her. Maybe she'll think twice about using people for her own self promotion next time.

I wonder how many hours a night you sit around with your DU buddies laughing about your disrupting.

Is it more time than you spend here wasting our bandwidth?

Get a clue.

We are laughing at you, not with you.

Of course Richard Gere did bring some pasivists(sp) that sat on the front row. They immediately stood up and really roiled the crowd to a frenzy with their signs, "Give Pants A Chance". But did the snobbish media let you see that or make mention of it in the papers? NOOOO!

I respectfully disagree. Good manners are important but wasted on a creature like her.

OMG! With your prestigious academic credentials, you don't know how to spell "booed?" Now I'm starting to think this guy doesn't have all that much education, just a really, really big thesaurus.

I am a recent graduate of Claremont McKenna College in Claremont (not that low class Montclare) where I studied the Classics and PPE (Pomposity, Punditry, and Egocentricity).

This year I am a Thomas J. Watson Fellow (and just to rub it in that is why my screen name is watsonfellow) studying Catholic (in the original Latin) and Islamic (in the originial squiggly lines) culture in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East (and if you're not impressed yet there's more).

I am a traditionalist Catholic who wakes up every morning to an alarm clock doing Gregorian Chants in the original Latin. I believe that scratching your crotch during Interleague Baseball games should be abolished and that Evelyn Waugh is the greatest snob of the century (I read all the Cliff Notes about him and saw the video of "The Loved One" 537 times.) I also support the idea that redundancy can be quite catchy as well as contagious.

First of all to prevent all the flamings, I should say that I am better than you because I am a traditional conservative, not one of you low-class populist conservatives. That being said, I thought it the height of rudeness for these firemen and policemen to boo and yell at the Senator this weekend. It lacked dignity and class. They should have kept their low-class populist mouths shut and have allowed the Senator to continue to believe that everybody loved her.

I wonder what Burke et al (I learned to quote Burke and et al in my PPE classes to impress you ignorant populists) would have said about this conservative embrace of very questionable manners. Even my butler found this to be quite quite rude. In fact I'll never forget how he tut-tutted over it for a full 5 minutes.

The policemen and firemen should have just done nothing when she appeared on stage. Remember, we as traditional conservatives must not ever ever show our emotions in public. Much better for the Senator to just roll over the peons. Remember, the important thing is not to express your true opinions but to act in a dignified way.

Thank you and did I tell you that I speak fluent Latin, drink port wine, and did a lot of PPEE PPEE in college after drinking too much of that port wine (the labels were in Latin)?
