If WMAL has a local breaking news event, you can probably get Rush on WBAL 1090 Khz 12-3 Eastern time.

If you have a good radio or you are sufficiently west of DC, you may be able to pick up Rush on 550 Khz (think it's Harrisonburg). They play Rush delayed one hour.

If reception is sufficiently good, we may be able to hear Moran on 550 Khz around 1:25 Eastern time.

Sorry to give you bad info. They used to play Rush 1 to 4, but when I just tuned in, it was Neal Boortz show.
