Great article! I like how Eagan points out the immediate effort to dismiss the reaction of the NYC heroes as the knee-jerk reaction of Neanderthals to the "enlightenment" (God help us) that Hitlery offers. Spin control was in effect before she finished speaking, I'm sure.

You got that right...first heroes, then they of course are part of the VRWC that forced Bill (ick) and Monica together; listen to right wing (i.e.: TRUTH) radio shows; so now they are just "neanderthals" who are STILL out to get her.
