Have MEN come forward , recently , to tell te authorites about the Middleeastern looking men, who were photographng the WTC , long BEFORE the plans chraed into them ? There are also many Mosques in each location, and it wouldn't be difficult for " sleepers " to blend in AND get aid and comfort there.
